GENIUS GRIP

The zero point clamping system for large-scale machining centres for milling and turning section.

The clamping system GENIUS GRIP clamps using an axially spring-loaded centering mechanism and a flat contact surface (HSK principle). The result is that measuring, clamping, and aligning workpieces takes place outside the machine, allowing the machine to keep running.

The deformation clamp consists of a clamping collet and the corresponding base body. To clamp various workpieces, only the clamping collet needs to be exchanged, while the base body remains unchanged.
